Cheltenham Spa Bowling Club was founded in 1924 with the opening of the bowling
green and pavilion in St George's Square in the centre of Cheltenham
The Club has over 100 bowling members who take part in Men's, Ladies' and Mixed Club, County and National Competitions and friendly and league matches against other clubs in the South West Midlands area.
Our situation in the Cotswolds also attracts touring bowling clubs from all over the country.

The "Spa" is affiliated to Bowls England and the Gloucestershire Bowling Associations
and promotes the game of outdoor lawn bowls for men and women of all age
groups and abilities.
Club members manage, operate and maintain the club and it's Green almost entirely with voluntary labour, which is reflected in our annual full membership fee that has once again been kept at £60 for 2012
